Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The birth date is an estimate - we know that baby was 6 pounds 9 ounces at birth - she was born 9/7/2006
She was born by c-section - Ron Rale (Howard's Atty is claiming that baby was not born early - This may be BS but it is very possible that she carried the baby longer - possibly 3 weeks longer than needed - we don't know if the baby would have been too small on 08/13/06 and that the doctor encouraged her to carry the baby longer.

You can play around with the calculator and even put in 12/31/05 or 1/1/06, etc...

Anyhow we really don't know if she gave birth to the baby early, on time, or late.

Larry said on the stand she left sometime between 11/18/05 and 11/22/05 he did not see her again until 12/31/05

I want the baby to be Birkhead's and I am thinking that she carried the baby longer because of her drug use during pregnancy. I say she got pregnant before she left for her Thanksgiving holiday with Birkhead's baby.

And Stern feels it will be fitting to read the letter Smith dedicated to her son at his funeral last September (06).
The touching note reads, "My dearest son Daniel, you were my rock; you were the only one who could keep me solid. Why God took you away from me I do not now understand. Perhaps some day I will.
"I wish he would have taken me instead. Now you're gone and I don't know how Mommy's gonna make it without you. I will come home to you. Your mother, always and forever." Meanwhile, Stern is forging a new friendship with the photographer who is battling him for paternity of Anna Nicole's baby daughter - after the two feuding fathers came to an agreement about funeral guests.
Stern reveals LARRY BIRKHEAD gave him part of his allocation of guests at the funeral.
He says, "He has been co-operative with me in allowing me to use some of the people that he would have been allocated... For that I'm grateful."

thanks! i knew he was from Pittsburgh as is Wecht and thought it odd they BOTH ended up connected to the ANS case in one way or another. i am originally from Pittsburgh, myself and dang i have to look for a pic of him bc i didn't know he had an oddly shaped head!! LOL!

I thought the same thing, Lizarde, but everytime I look at these other guys, I get jittery. Then you read the darn stories who say LB can't possibly be the father. This darn thing is consuming my life. ARGH!!! I don't want LB to be hurt! He's so sweet. I need some of Anna's drugs to stay calm. ;) I so want this to be OVER!
