Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Thank so much for the dates. I was two weeks late for both of mine, but if this is true, she was three weeks late. This doesn't look good for LB. I hope I'm wrong.

Have we figured out if Virgie and Birkhead are still "working together" or has that been blown apart?

Or were we always just spinning our best case speculations?

Food for thought. I have family members and many friends who all have birthdays in the Sept 6-11 range. One year I had a discussion with on of them about why so many b-day's in that week. She told me, roughly nine months before ......New Year's eve.

I don't think we have enough information to rule out LB as the father, and I don't think they would be doing some of the things that they are if he wasn't sure he's the father.

Well, I think, after tomorrow, Milstein has no role. He was appointed the GAL by the FL court in the matter of the disposition of her remains. After she's buried tomorrow, that's over, and he's done.

Then, it's going to be a long wait for the Bahama courts.

But I thought that LB testified that he and ANS together did a home pregnancy test in January and it was negative. Remember the first false pregnancy alarm? A false neagtive maybe? But doesn't that mean that she and LB were together in December? Why would they be doing a test together if LB didn't think it could be his child?

Then, LB said that in February she told him again that she was pregnant and that it must have happened after the last pregnancy test? Please, someone else that remembers LB's testimony better -- help!

Also, how accurate are those home pregnancy tests? Could she have actually been pregnant from that first "false alarm"?

When I did it on a online Pregnancy Calculator it came out right for me. I will have to do it again later and post what dates the calculator came up with.

I was putting in her last period date for the first week of December - this had her getting pregnant right before she left. There is a 4 day window of when she actually left. Sometime between the 18th and 22nd of Novemeber.

I think the due date would have been 8/15/06 - but she gave birth by c-section on 9/7/05 - did she carry the baby 3 weeks longer? Was the baby smaller than usual at around 8/15/06 and the doctor decided it was best that she carry her longer? (maybe the baby was small at 8/15/06 due to her drug use)

I think he is the daddy - but I am starting to think she got pregnant right before Thanksgiving. Why it is being brought up is Ron Rale was on LKL saying there is no way the baby could be Birkheads because the baby was not born early. He says that Birkhead is claiming the baby was conceived in January 06 and that proves Larry is not the dad because the baby was not born early.

Danielynn was born on September 7, 2006. That puts conception on or around December 15, 2005.

Oh, I see. Thanks. I think somebody else above was talking about LB's testimony about the home pregnancy test and I vaguely remember some of it, but not enough detail. Do you?

Why it is being brought up is Ron Rale was on LKL saying there is no way the baby could be Birkheads because the baby was not born early. He says that Birkhead is claiming the baby was conceived in January 06 and that proves Larry is not the dad because the baby was not born early.

Let's hope Ron Rale and Ms. Barf are proven wrong. What a crazy situation when a woman sleeps with so many men!

LB may be desparate to get the baby out of HKS's hands (or the hired nanny's hands).

For that reason anything he's agreeing could be void because it is being done under duress.

That's what I said....Dec 16th. This bodyguard said he was with her until Christmas, and who knows who else at the time. All the men, except Stern, look to me like they could be the father.
