Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I pray Larry gets Dannilynn and never, ever allows Howard close enough to touch her.
I don't know spectre, but I will be elated when someone shows him who he ain't. :)
And I hope that it happens soon.
Whoever the Bahamas gives custody of Dannielynn to is not negotiable in the USA. If Virgie is granted custody (as John O'Quinn said he is certain he can make happen) when they return to the States Birkhead cannot then sue for custody... only can be overturned in the Bahamas because it is a foreign country and it trumps USA if custody is granted in that foreign country.

Bingo. I've never been able to get a read on the guy.
When he was on Greta after his secret meeting with Howard $atan, he looked like a whipped dog.
My first thought was that $atan was blackmailing him and I told my wife that it would not surprise me one bit, if Ford withdraws his lawsuit and takes the blame for the paperwork mix up and ANS and $atan really did own the house after all, etc, etc.

Only thing missing is Nancy Grace and Dr Pepper doing the morbid play by play on the physical state of the deteriorating body.
Cruel monster. No wonder she left in tears. Can you imagine all the times she has longed to hold that baby? I imagine she is more resolved thane ver to see to it that Stern does NOT control that baby's life one second longer than is absolutely necessary.
I just wonder about Virgie's stamina. Also, frankly, I don't think her lawyers have done very well so far. Every time Greta interviewed the thin attorney for Virgie, he kept trying to get out the justification for Virgie's claim on Anna's body - and he NEVER FINISHED GETTING IT OUT. By contrast, as much as we don't like Barf, she DID get her case out there in a few sentences in a way that was understandable to me a layperson....indicating to me they were going to have trouble (Virgie's lawyers) before the Appeals court today.
Were any of Virgie's lawyers in the disposition of the body case Florida attorneys? Or were they all from Texas?
Free, i beg to differ here. No matter how bad a daughter (or son) is, whether she is involved with drugs or not, whether she's a hooker, whether she's not talked to her parents in years, no matter what, it's a rare mother who doesn't still love her daughter. Even that rare mother who lost her love for her daughter, regains it if that daughter precedes her in death. This is true i'd think in probably 99.9% of cases.
As far as we know Virgie never asked her daughter for anything do we? Correct me if i'm wrong, but i haven't heard anything about her ever asking Anna for money. What Virgie tried to do was get Anna out of the company of bad friends in school, and try to steer her away from drugs. Sure, she gave up after awhile, but that doesn't mean she didn't still have love for her daughter.
So what i'm saying here is that it isn't all about money. Somebody out there loved Anna just because she was her daughter not because she was a rich celebrity. If that were the case, then Virgie would've tried to make amends with Anna a long time ago and get on her good side to reap some of the financial benefits which she did not do.
I don't understand that either. And there is one more thing I'd like to point out about this situation.
We heard it from all of the pro-HKS media, ET, Inside edition....etc. Meaning it happened last night, and NONE of Virgie's side came out in the media today, and said that she wasn't allowed to hold her.
I think Stern is convinced he has gotten away with it all.
Mothers always hope daughters come back into the light. Mine did.
I don't buy that argument. Not at all. First of all ANS wasn't even a Bahamanian resident, let alone her child.
You mention sociopaths and guess who comes to mind? Yeah that's right: Scott Peterson. He didn't care much for working either. He depended on his parents too. He also thought he could get away with it. As NG would say "we need a shrink here". Anybody out there who can figure out if this guy is a true sociopath?

You do remember that O'Quinn was pretty certain about their appeal argument in the Florida courts? That didn't happen today.
That's what Virgie was probably hoping for. She warned her daughter on national TV about Stern after Daniel died. Why didn't she warn her daughter in person by phone? Probably Stern was monitoring/screening/listening in on all calls to Anna.
I was saying I didn't believe the diaries - which said Virgie partied and fed drugs to Anna when she was young....because at this point anybody can say anything - because there is so much money in it.
Yes, of course, I believe Virgie loved her daughter. I believe she knew she was on drugs and warned her about it more than once....and I believe she feared for Anna's life.
I believe she tried to be in contact with Anna but was pushed away more and more strongly after Stern came on the scene.
What I don't know is - was Anna abused - by a stepfather? by whomever - when she was young - as she claimed.....Anna certainly was promiscuous which an often happen to abused girls....so I don't know about those charges.
I don't think Virgie is in this for the money. I think she has a burning hatred of Stern and holds him resonsible for the death of both her daughter and her grandson - and she wants to be with that baby and wants that baby out of Stern's influence - partially for fear of what may happen to her.
Virgie has received transportation to and from Florida and the Bahamas - she doesn't have the money to make those trips . I hold nothing against her for using the "generosity" of the Splash guy. Look what Stern has received - off of Anna's and now off of Dannielynn's relationship???
Sill there are unanswered questions about Virgie. I would rather see that baby with Virgie than with Stern for one second longer. But I also hope Larry Birkhead finds a way to be with his daughter. His emotional interview was very convincing - about his love for Anna and for that baby. But he would be a single dad - always running out to take photos???? Who would care for the baby and protect the baby? Unanswered questions.
The HKS side put out the news first that Virgie wasn't allowed to touch the baby? They wanted to say it first because if it came out from Virgie first it would look so much worse.
And why are the media all on HKS's side? Is it because Anna is dead now? Cuz if there were some Anna vs. HKS issue they'd surely be on Anna's side. But she's gone now and HKS is the new ANS.
And how are they treating Birkhead? I can't stomach those stupid idiotic celebrity news shows. No offense to those of you who can.
