Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Which brings me back to.....did he give that info right after her death?.......I doubt it, because then he told everybody and their brother then that he was the husband. The EMT's on site described him as "husband".

So, I go back to his new default position. He is now "informant"....but his residence is different than what he said last week, under oath?

You're doing good work researching these cases. We can only hope someone will be ready to make these charges against Stern and company - and soon. Will it have to be Virgie? Will she have to sue for wrongful death? Since Seminole County police are in charge of the investigation of ANS death, could we hope that they would bring charges against Stern and friends? I don't have much hope of that. The FBI is looking at the drugs issue - so we have that angle. But they could end up going after the doctor giving the drugs and sending them to the Bahamas.

Must have more patience...

Stern thinks he's got everything covered - including video of Anna stoned on something/mushrooms. But it's gonna end up biting him in the butt before it's all over with. That's the way it is with sociopaths - they overestimate themselves.
