Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

She was given two properties in Texas by Marshall, I believe she sold one or both, but by the time she filed bankruptcy, I don't believe she owned any property in Texas; only in California.

Here's a question, is there any testimony of ANS stating where she wanted to be buried? As in perhaps the J Howard Marshall issue. Did she ever testify or anything during the fight for his remains?

Check and see if Florida wants it Public servants (police - emt's) to live in the county or city that they work in. Someplace's require this. This may be the reason why Moe holds a Miami residence.

If I remember it correctly, he was sanctioned and had to sit in the back of the court rest of the trial, the judge said if he had the authority to do so he would have done more, but since Stern wasn't licensed in Texas it was about all he could do...... too bad IMO he didn't press this with the California Bar, because it was a despicable action.

Just keep in mind that Mo and Taz keep repeating over and over that they were there as "friends". But the first reports said he was the bodyguard and she was the nurse.
