Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Howard said he brought her pictures of the plot for her approval. Look at this Anna.....It's grass. Kinda looks like all the grass in the cemetery, doesn't it. NOW, suppose Howard bought additional plots that we don't know about......(say in Mo's name).....so he could have a huge site eventually. We have a few prominent people who did this in our area.
It's my understanding (thanks to another poster) the confusion was due to a gap in the wording of the law which did not specify a child be 18 or older to claim the body. So, Seidlin gave the body to a baby.
However, in the same legislation, that age provision (18 years or older) was included when mentioning the same "legally authorized person" to get the body, so this appeals court WOULD have access to read the legislature's speeches, documents, etc....
...and thus perceive that the Florida legislature's intention was that this "legally authorized person" would be the child if the child was 18 or older...and if not, then the next person in line to receive the body would be the parent of the deceased.
Now, I know if I can understand this legal reasoning, then SURELY that appeals court can understand it??
It seems according to the rules of the court they should rule for Virgie to have the body since Anna's baby is not yet 18 yrs. old. How can they rule otherwise, if they are following the Florida laws?
Seidlin did not consider the "intention" of the Florida legislature, but it's my understanding the appeals court usually will consider the "intention" of the legislature's laws.
Since the legislature referred to the authorized person as being 18 or over all throughout the speeches, etc., then it seems clearly the laws were passed with that age limit in mind.

It's was Howard's comment about the "mushroom" that caught me.
I don't know people who use that lingo....but he used it casually and in a cutesy fashion.

How does Howard even really have a say in this? It is only based on a questionable will that names him executor.
Wouldn't multiple names keep red flags from being raised by the DEA for so many prescriptions from different doctors for one person.

Anna's reactions on that tape was not someone who was on Mushrooms.
Her reaction was pretty mild and I don't think she was seeing things.
