Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

sheesh.....Daniel was buried in the Bahamas because ANS couldn't come to USA to bury him without submitting to DNA testing as ordered by the Calif. court. She was in the Bahamas because she was running from LB who is the father of her baby and would have gone for custody due to ANS drug taking.

Obviously last weeks proceedings was in no way a trial, with discovery, ect.

I see now that Vergie wants the judges here to just follow the law of "bodies" and not probate law, which would need a months long fact finding trial.

It's OVER because the Judges perceive Anna WANTED Daniel buried in the Bahamas, therefor she intended to be buried next to him. They are ruling on their "emotions"..

It took 40 days for her to decide to bury him. I honestly believe since she bought no headstone, she was eventually going to exhume him and take him Home.
