O'Quinn was simply quoting the law, not the judge's interpretation with the appointment of an ad litem.
Boy that woodwork is really being and will be scoured.
There is no telling what all will come out!
Sounds like the judges been watching TV. Called the statue a statue for funeral directors.
The first thing that is done is counting the pages in the book or books.
IF the NY Post story is true, I'm disappointed in Virgie.

Sounds like Vergie will be attending her daughters funeral in the Bahamas.....these judges seem confused that anyone would follow the law.
Good point...

Supreme Court Suspends Los Angeles Lawyer for Failing to Pass MPRE
Khavarian conceded that his attempt to conceal his incompetent legal work and escape a potential malpractice claim by misrepresenting the status of the case constituted an act involving moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption.
Khavarian had not been disciplined by the State Bar prior to his suspension in July 2001. He was represented by JoAnne Earls Robbins of the Los Angeles-based firm Karpman & Associates.
Deputy Chief Trial Counsel Brooke A. Schafer prosecuted the case for the State Bar during the 2001 proceeding.

The fact that both Virgie and Larry got to see the baby JUST PREVIOUS to this hearing is two notches in the halo of Saint Howard. I'm sure the point will be made of his goodness in the matter. Hopefully, the judges will think: "Do you think we're stupid?"
James Khavarian that was one of the witnesses of the will
It all goes back to how important and vital it was to have the paternity and guardianship established BEFORE these proceedings took place.

The Three Stooges for Howie.
This is disgraceful - they can only offer hypotheticals.
When facts don't matter - cite hypotheticals.
Disgusting - click!
Two judges up there diagreeing with everything Virgie's lawyer wants.
For sure!
Stern did mention on the stand that his old law firm was now dissolved. Course he didn't need to mention WHY it was dissolved.
They don't WANT to rule according to the clarity of the law.

:)
Why did these bozos even accept the case if they already have their minds made up?
