Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

And there hasn't been much consideration, if any, to the fact that if Larry gets custody of Dannilynn, she will NOT live in the Bahamas.

Then..Anna will be resting in foreign soil.. a place where her Mother and daughter won't be able to visit her and Daniel's grave very often. That's not right either.

Yes, HKS did say Virgie could not see the baby. In fact he said it during the ET interview after Anna died. He said it with such hate in his voice. I couldn't believe how cruel Stern was being towards Anna's mom.

There's probably a video somewhere online of the ET exclusive interview with HKS, which took place on the private jet and in the home in the Bahamas.

I just watched the ANS "I hate my mother" video again and noticed it was produced by ET. So what then, did Howard catch Anna in an angry mood and contact ET to hurry up and come over and catch this on film? That could be the big set up and part of the plot to kill Anna and leave behind evidence that she didn't want Virgie to ever see the child. As a lawyer he'd know that Virgie would be one of those with rights to the child.
