Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Goat scurried a lot that day! lol
I hope so.
So he'd been somewhere else?
Of course, she should. I know the prevailing attitude here is that LB MUST be the bio dad and I hope he is but there is every chance in the world that LB is not the father and possibly neither are any of the other candidates. Apparently ANS got around and around and around. If none are the bio dad, the baby could be made a permanent ward of the state (Bahamas).
I agree with the US Embassy. The child was born in the Bahamas but is not a legal citizen, so she should be turned over to the Embassy and her paternity should be established in California.
Thanks for your sober response Jr - I can go fix supper now.
Everyone has contributed such good comments and details - I hate to leave because this continues to be one helluva thread.
Keep it clean and see y'all tomorrow.

Feiger?? I spit on Feiger. He hates any attorney that has been more successful than him. Which means he hates most attorneys. I can see where he would side with Goat. They're so much alike. lol
I dont think she should if LB is the biological father.
Yes. Same applies when I do the medical billing. The patient has a complaint when they present to the doctor which is the reason for the visit, but there is underlying conditions which contribute to that complaint they are listed as the following codes.
Where is everyone's common sense?
Why are you people so upset with Virgie?
It is not best to get the child away from Stern as soon as possible? Virgie has asked for custody or for the child to be put into custody of the Bahamian Social Services.
Again I am going to post this...
Is it not important that the baby be removed from Stern?
Virgie has a better chance in the Bahama's than Birkhead does. It may be that the Bahamas chooses who get custody of the child. I think the ultimate goal for both Virgie & Birkhead is to get the baby away from Stern. If Virgie gets the baby awarded to her in the Bahamas then Birkhead can fight her on US soil for custody of the baby. We have no idea if Virgie will fight Birkhead on US soil if he is the one awarded custody of the child by the Bahamas.
The goal of both Birkhead and Virgie is to get the child away from Stern. Should Virgie sit back and wait for Birkhead to try and get custody of the baby in the Bahamas without taking action now? What if Birkhead loses? If she did wait then again the baby will be in Stern's custody until the Bahamas hears Virgie's case after hearing Birkhead's case.
Time is of essence here to get the baby out of Stern's custody. Please don't be mad at Virgie just yet. Just hope that Virgie or Birkhead wins so that baby is no longer under Stern's custody.
This child looks so much like ANS (and Larry) from what I can see that I can see the grandmother being overboard hard on the child to keep her from turning out like her mother and in the process bring it about.
Then who should raise her? /sarc
Whatever...I am saying, for the upteenth time, that I want LB to have custody. What about that dont you understand?
You really, really need to watch the interview. Crier was even stunned and pressed him to be exactly clear what he was saying, he was clear as a bell... and all the pieces of why he is working on this case for free fell into a nice, neat, little package in that interview. I'm so stunned I'm almost in tears over it.... I think I need to take an ANS break.
Oh no, there goes our relative peace and tranquility.... Does this mean I will be forced back to those awful political threads afterall? :)
I could be totally wrong. Vergie might turn out to be the real villian, here. Or, maybe she sees Goat and Larry getting together, trading Dannilynn for whatever is left of ANS, and she got angry. A pox on both of them.
At this point, I wish some neutral party would take custody of Dannilynn until the "adults" in her life quit acting like jackals over the prey.
O'Quinn was clear, it doesn't matter to Virgie whether Larry is the biological father or not. She wants the baby, period was what he said.
I'd agree with you if O'Quinn had not stated it doesn't matter to Virgie who the father is, she intends to raise the baby in Texas without her natural father.
Yeah, crummy by who's standards?
