Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Registration can be done at the Maternity Ward of the Princess Margaret Hospital, Births and Deaths Registry at the Registrar General’s Department or at the Administrator’s Office for Family Island Births.
Step-By-Step
At the time of registration of a birth, the prescribed form must be completed and signed by the person presenting the information.
Once completed, the form must be returned to the Registry.
Authorization may be given for the birth to be registered by a person other than the mother or father by means of a consent form.
Valid government issued picture identification is required at the time of registration.

I meant to look further for an online pic of the receipts I saw flashed very quickly on TV one day - but can't recall on which of the tabloid TV shows I saw it.
They showed a close-up of the receipts with the prices - it was $3600 for the two plots and then they zoomed in more closely and showed Howard K Stern's signature - but I've never seen these on-screen again.
Goat claims to have a letter from the bank, signed by ANS, authorizing Goat to pay for the plots. He signed for the plots. Probably, Anna was so drugged/depressed, she never knew what she signed.
Then came this... which would have had to be done with those 21 days.

Except... Texas denied ANS any money and California Bankruptcy court gave her $88 million, the case is before the 9th Circus as we speak.
We've all been very suspicious of Goen from the get-go. He is too slick. I find it interesting the day ANS died they (she and TrimSpa) were served with three lawsuits over Trimspa not working.
