Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Someone here did say that T-spa was going to select a new spokesperson, but they'd still want Anna to remain on the product to show that she still believes in the product.
"We're being fed little tiny pieces of the events of that week and we're missing the big picture."
So true! The pieces don't fit either. Yet.
For instance, had Judge Seidlin known that Anna had actually wanted Daniel buried in California, then he might've ruled differently.
A side effect is weight loss, but this is some parents personal experiences with these drugs. I thought it pertinent to the conversation. Did ANS take Lexapro? could that have contributed to her weight loss and not Trimspa at all?
HKS no longer belongs to any law office. I think he mentioned he's a free agent or independent. And even if he didn't draw up the will, doncha think he had a hand in picking who did? And is it not possible that he knew the lawyers who did and had it drawn up to his specifications? Those lawyers, whoever they are, should be looked at for drawing up such a "stinks like a dead fish" will for a woman who was potentially worth 10's to 100's of millions.
If Calif has jurisdiction, do they not have the authority to demand that HKS return to the states to address the paternity charges?
The biggest Ace in the hole for Dannielynn is they are in the middle of an election and the Gibson scandal is undermining the current government.
What made the decline and death of Elvis so sad was he was incredibly gifted and had a truly great voice. I actually was invited (with a girlfriend) into his Suite at the then International Hotel in Las Vegas, he was fascinating to meet and talk to in person. People have no idea how gorgeous he was up close and personal, and very Southern, too.
And furthermore wrt Daniel and whether or not he was on any drugs other than Lexapro, there was testimony by Birkhead that he was told to lock her bedroom door when she was so high because she didn't want Daniel to see her that way.
Reading between the lines there tells me that Daniel didn't approve of her drug use and may not have been a user himself. Think about this, if he was on methadone and his mother was Anna Nicole Smith, he'd be an addict. He could afford as much of it as he wanted. You don't just do methadone one time and say "eh, i didn't like it". That methadone was likely Anna's not his.
She isn't a citizen of Bahamas because her mother wasn't a citizen. Doesn't work like the USA there. She can apply for citizenship when she turns 18.
or.. the report she was in a room off the Casino floor drinking out of sight of all but the service people walking through to the kitchen area Wednesday night).
I believe it was her's. A hair test would tell the story.
Wow AC! How lucky you are to have met him. What did he say to you? Surely you haven't forgotten that! Everything i've seen of him indicates he was a good man. The drugs just got him.
And i remember in the aftermath of his death the talk about how when you are required to be on stage at a certain time and be up you'd take uppers. Then afterward you'd have to take downers to go to sleep for awhile to rest.
I think that is how it may have started with Anna. Just speculation. But there is a video on youtube that shows her way back when Daniel looked to be about 5 or 6 (approx 15 years ago). She seemed to be completely clean. It was a little mini documentary where she showed the house she grew up in and how she found her birth father whom she never knew and he didn't even know that Anna Nicole Smith was his daughter until she found him. It was really cute and she showed Daniel and said "Ain't he cuuuuute".

After I read this article last night, I felt that this guy is what the baby needs. Milstein has put everything aside and made this case his top priority now.

If HKS was admitted to the CA Bar in 1994, why would Anna Nicole Smith hire a guy with two years experience to be her legal counsel in 96? Unless he was a member of the bar in another state previously and was more experienced than that?

When pundits asked Wecht where the son got the methadone, he would say-that's your job ( the media ) to find out, not mine. He seemed surprised that no one seemed interested in following that trail.
When ANS first expired, he was asked the same question and gave the same answer.
Recently, I saw him passionately defending HKS -" anyone who dares suggest that HKS is a serial killer or had anything to do with both their deaths is absolutely crazy, etc."
I wish Dr Baden was on the case.
Dr Perper hasn't inspired confidence with his 24/7 media appearances and his comments that HKS and the rest of the entourage were so helpful in filling in the gaps regarding the timeline and her history.

Why isn't the news media bringing this up? Maybe they are (I'm watching only every now and then)...but if not, seems it would be very important.
Also, seems LB's lawyer should have made a big deal of this in court. Again, maybe it happened and I just missed seeing it.
He kept hanging out at her publicists off (in the same building) trying to pick up celebrity clients.
