Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
And mess up his hair!! Please...
That is exactly what was reported. Now, Moe says he was right there with her. No mention of Toad.
What a crisis. ANS was supporting Moe and his entire family, Howie, Dannilynn, Daniel, Patrick and Paul and bribing various Gibsons.

Fight For Annas Baby In Nassau Court
By Quincy Parker
While Florida Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin was delivering a ruling giving custody of the late Anna Nicole Smiths body to her daughters legal representative, Bahamas Supreme Court Justice Stephen Isaacs was dealing with another matter involving five-month-old Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.
Justice Isaacs met Thursday with lawyers concerning a temporary injunction granted to Ms. Smiths estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, which prevents Dannielynn from leaving The Bahamas.
The proceedings were closed to the public. At the end of those proceedings, lawyers for Ms. Smiths estate, Mrs. Arthur, Ms. Smiths ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and her lawyer-turned-lover Howard Stern exited the Supreme Court in Bank Lane.
Wayne Munroe, who represents Ms. Smiths estate and also represents Mr. Stern in the custody matter, summed up all that the lawyers were permitted, by mutual agreement, to say.
"I cannot tell you what was discussed apart from the fact that there were procedural discussions, the judge adjourned the matter to Monday and the injunction continues to Monday," he said.
"That is all that we can say."
He said he hadnt heard from Mr. Stern, and did not know whether he would be present in Mondays proceedings.
There are lawyers representing all the parties that are likely to have a stake in the paternity hearing that will likely result from Mr. Birkheads challenge to the Bahamian birth certificate listing Mr. Stern as the childs father.
Desmar Whitfield-Henfield and Jamal Davis, both of Halsbury Chambers, represent Mrs. Arthur; Anthony McKinney represents Mr. Stern; Godfrey Pro Pinder represents South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson, who is watching the paternity proceedings with interest considering the legal wrangling over the Horizons mansion, and Emerick Knowles of Alexiou, Knowles and Co. represents Mr. Birkhead.
Some of the testimony from the hearing in Florida to determine who should get custody of Ms. Smiths remains may shed some light on a number of matters playing out on the Bahamian stage.
Mr. Thompsons son-in-law Ford Shelley, who has admitted to removing items from the house where Ms. Smith lived, "for safekeeping", testified that some of the items he moved were in the possession of the Broward County Sheriffs office.
Parts of his testimony had to do with a supposed cancelled deed to the residence issued to him by the liquidator who sold Mr. Thompson the Eastern Road home last August.
The Bahamian police are investigating a reported break-in at the Horizons mansion.
Bahamian judge mulls Anna Nicole Smith custody issues
Published on February 23, 2007
NASSAU, Bahamas (UPI): A Bahamian judge kept in place an injunction prohibiting Anna Nicole Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, from leaving the country.
Judge Stephen Isaacs also ordered attorneys in the custody case to be in his courtroom Monday after conducting closed-door hearings on custody questions for more than two hours in family court, The Miami Herald said.
Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, who is seeking guardianship of the girl, filed the suit asking the judge to remove the child from the house where she lives with Howard K. Stern.

Letter: Child endangerment - Dannielynn

Re: Child Endangerment - Dannielynn
Dear Ms Zonicle,
If ever there was a baby in crisis, it is the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith, Dannielynn. With more alleged fathers coming out of the woodwork from one moment to the next, now that Ms Smith is not alive to dispute their claims, Dannielynn is in danger. Her potential inheritance has put a billion dollar sign over her head and she is at risk of being tossed around like a football metaphorically and literally.
As of this writing, Dannielynn is reportedly under the care of Howard K. Stern who claims to be her presumptive if not her biological father. In my professional opinion, this is not a safe environment for her, for the following reasons:
He is under investigation regarding the death of Anna Nicoles son, Daniel.
He has long been an enabler to Ms Smith, rather than getting her treatment for alcohol and drug abuse.
He recently left Ms Smith in her hotel room, rather than calling a doctor to come to the room or calling 911, though he knew she had a fever of 105 degrees.
He is currently in a lot of psychological turmoil: mourning Ms Smiths death, trying to protect himself from criminal investigation, and coping with paternity conflicts.
Therefore, Dannielynn is not in a sufficiently stable, nurturing or safe environment, especially during this time of loss of her mother, and she is at risk of being emotionally neglected and/or abused or worse. Until paternity tests are done and paternity is sorted out, perhaps the best environment would be either with Ms Smiths family or with monitors (baby nurse and law enforcement agent) protecting her.

Good morning. I don't know if meds by suppositories will be picked up in the autopsy. Frankly, I do not have much confidence that the autopsy / toxicology reports will have been as thorough as we would have liked. Cyril Wecht - I know works for Stern - kept saying that he thinks we will all be surprised at the results - and that it is likely drugs won't be involved at all....why? She had had a fever earlier that week - a possible infection. Cyril Wecht is obviously a mouth up for hire.
You begin to see how the "teams" line up for their future incomes/jobs. Most interesting is the three-way meeting with Stern, Birkhead and Shelly. Imagine the lawyers aren't pleased with their secret meeting.
Stern may be sitting in jail before this is over, so Larry would be a fool to cut any sort of deal with that guy.
My thoughts from last night..
1. Is Ford Shelly so afraid Stern is going to sue him for breaking into the house and stealing clown tape, that he's joined forces with him? He jumped the shark last night.
2. I recall Dr. Pepper saying that Anna had no RECENT surgeries? I can't recall if he even mentioned her C-section?
3. It's total BS about the baby "bonding" to Howard so she will suffer from removal. We have witnessed more than a few "adopted" from birth Toddlers who were removed from the only home they've EVER known into the arms of biological parents..and total strangers.
I'm getting frustrated (explicative)..
Inputs most welcome.

I can't imagine how HKS has any claim to that money without the baby. And if he made a deal with Larry to back off the money HKS would look all the more sinister and guilty. And when all is said and done HKS is probably going to jail for one thing or another, if not the deaths, there are no doubt other crimes he's committed in this realm. And when all is said and done the money will go where the baby goes. It may take years (as it already has for ANS). But i think Larry is concerned about the welfare of the baby at this point, as so many of us are. Drugs have been in the same house as little Daneilynn and HKS.
What has the trimspa guy said lately that's a change of tune? Tell tell!
Bahamian Attorney Milton Evans on MSNBC left me with the impression that the custody Court will likely order a paternity test on the baby.
He said that "refusal" to do so has it's own "inferences", LOL.
So really, ALL we need is for Birkhead to submitt to the test. Howard can go jump in the ocean..:)

Do we know where Cyril Wecht gets his info that drugs are likely not involved at all? Could Dr. Perper be using him for help? Dr. Perper must understand that Wecht is not an objective party in this anymore since he's done Daniels autopsy. Wecht's professional integrity is at stake here. He has a "dog in this race" and that is to show that Anna didn't die from homicide or drugs. Because otherwise his Daniel autopsy may look like a coverup for hire or at the very least sloppy and wrong. I think many of us believe there is a link between Daniels death and ANS's death.
Yeah for the Bahamas! They aren't the new Aruba!
I have a dozen or more comments I wanted to make, but by the time I finish reading what I've missed, either the facts have changed from what I had to say, or some new info has been added, lol.
I had a Bahamas lawyer chart done earlier, but needed to change two names, to add a new married name and their law firm's name, which I didn't have before. Also will put in more transcript links from the past two days (but not Greta last night yet).
Speaking of HKS "jumping in the ocean" do we know if the boat deal went thru or not? If so, he can go waaaay out there and jump. No, but really, just wondering if at least HKs got a yacht outta this mess.
That bothered me as well.
Copy of the Fax copy sheet as posted on tmz. Tell me what the phone # is.....LOL.
HKS looks like the type that never learned to swim....
jump, howie, JUMP!
I read last night that the boat deal was completed 2 weeks before they got there. They were just there to pick it up.
