Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

You're right - the Kumbaya scene last night did not extend to Virgie. So am glad she had her attorneys apply for the emergency Stay but it can't be submitted til Monday.

I think the attorneys are convinced the FL statutes are crystal clear on next of blood kin (who is capable of such decisions) being the person who should say where Anna is buried. Her atty on Greta was trying to say that the Judge this week instead of taking this statute and ruling on its clarity tried to solve the entire case. Which didn't work.....the attorney never got to finish his thought.

I think Virgie's friendship with the Flash photog is no different and much less damaging than Howie's friendship with ET and Trmspa.

LOL... Thanks - Html is one thing that is easy for me.
But really I don't have the desire right now to make some more charts. I think that is because my main interest is seeing this baby land in her real fathers arms. Maybe I am cold hearted but I feel that Anna & Stern were one in the same. They both used people and were both enablers. I think Anna was just as guilty as Stern. Anna should not have been using drugs if she wanted to get pregnant and once she found out she was pregnant she should have gave up all the drugs to protect her baby.

I know all about drug addiction and I know it is hard to get off of drugs but she should have tried harder to get off them even if that included throwing Stern out of her life even if it meant he could burn her publicly as his revenge on her.

Can't disagree with anything you said. They are both guilty. But Stern is still breathing. I'd like to find out how and why Anna died and I'd really like to find out why Stern had to get back to the hotel before the EMT people got there.

When a thread is in the Smoky (as FR spells it) Backroom, FR people can uncheck the Smoky Backroom option in their subscription settings so that the thread does not pop up each time someone replys to the thread. It stays out of the Main active news listings that are moving on the left side of the screen.

When it is General/Chat FR people cannot remove a subscription to General/Chat and they continually see it in the main active news listings. (this is why we see so many people coming on the thread to "b*tch" about it)

Maybe......they all know the judges ruling was garbage. Vergie is gonna win. So, perhaps she told the "men" to get their act together, do the paternity test, remove themselves from profiting off Daniel or Anna and she'll consider burying Anna with Daniel and not bringing a lawsuit against Howie for the deaths of her daughter and grandson.

Just went over to TMZ. They have a post up about Kimmie Walther's interview on ET tonight. She basically said 'Howard would never have hurt Anna or Daniel.' Wonder what Howie has on her? But the photo that is up, shows Kimmie with chin length, auburn hair. Quite a departure from her purple haired assistant daze...and to me she looks like Rosie O'Donnell in the pic.
