Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
~sigh~
I can't believe it's him that has any say on it. I despise the law about as much as I despise politics right now! lol
I'm no ANS fan either and I want to see that baby returned to her natural father (hopefully Larry) but I would also be interested in any possible criminal action against Stern in the future.
Ooh, Inside Edition just quoted some document that stated that ANS said that Daniel didn't take any prescription drugs, except the last ones he got from Dr. Kapoor!
Hey I see that anna nicole smith has died. wow...
But we ARE learning a great deal about the rule of law.

I've never seen it, but had seen parodies of it and then saw a few clips after Daniel died and I was following the mystery of his death (so paid more attention than I would have, otherwise).
We sure are! CTV now says Judge S. went home for the day without ruling.
I think it's a rumor - I have NOT seen her body, have you?
Oh, wait, I'm about to see the exclusive video of her burial gown, lol! Coming up next on Inside Edition. Still doesn't prove she's dead.
Yep that's in People mag, there is a link here this afternoon, but I can't find it. Just go to their website.
Isn't she wearing her burial gown?
He should also take into consideration how long it took Anna to bury Daniel..Around 40 days??
The only issue here is IF there is going to be a "Viewing"?..tick, tock..
sw
I just can't believe it either. She was such a sweetheart! The kid whats gonna happen to the kid, oh my.
Guess you'll have to stick around to find out.
But who cares, huh? LOL.
Do the Bahamas wanna become the new Aruba?
That's a lot of dough, so who is the father?
Thanks for posting that. The law on establishment of paternity is pretty similar in most jurisdictions but I hadn't taken the time to look up the Bahamian statutes.
I'm not saying that I believe in any way that the guy on the birth certificate is the dad, but certain protections attach to that legal act. In Florida, basically, if the guy on the birth certificate wishes to assert that he is the daddy, he retains all the rights and responsibilities that go along with it! We require appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem to help determine what is in the "best interests of the child".
The usual situation is that guys are falling all over themselves NOT to be named the dad, not the other way around!!!
I'm 100% for the radical step of testing EVERY baby born out of wedlock, just to avoid these types of cases and those where the poor schmo who signed the birth certificate finds out she slept with an entire basketball team during the time in question but he's stuck paying for the kid for 18 years!!
