Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Yes, I live in Arizona.... in NW Arizona.
Thanks AC. Sometimes I wonder if anyone knows or cares. I could give a synopsis, but the hell with it. It is not why we are here. The question is, who is going to get possession of DanielLynn?
It has been two weeks now. Why has the question of paternity not been answered? It just seems like everyone has something to say. The welfare of this child should be front and center. What the hell is the problem? Oh but wait, I forget. The body of ANS comes first. Always has, always will. In Life, Also in Death.
CTV.....forged document about remains of ANS. Out of L.A. Judge Schnieder....forged signature. Document was sent to the media....Beth K. hasn't seen it yet.
Nothing has been filed by Vergie according to CTV....
The only thing Calfornia has going for it is ANS still has a home there, her will was drawn there, her lawsuit is still pending before the 9th Circuit there, and Birkhead lives there and claims the baby was conceived there.... but the baby was born in the Bahamas and that is huge.
Yes, it's a stretch, but the argument deserves to be made given the obstruction of jurisdiction. I don't blame them for trying especially if they feel DL is at risk. But, like I said before, I hope they are proceeding with an action in the Bahamas to compel DL's sample at the same time since it seems they will end up there anyway.
Under their laws the parent has to be a citizen, otherwise you have to apply for citizenship for a child born there and they didn't do that. ANS wasn't a citizen and her residency permit is getting a good going over right now because of Shane Gibson.
I'm thinking that Howard started a "Baby Book" and both Howard and Anna signed it...Howard is very clever in making a paper trail. He is indeed an attorney. My attorneys are ALWAYS reminding me to do that. That's the problem with the FAX. It should have been sent overnight mail....return receipt requested. THAT's the NORM for something as confidential as a Will.
When the judge said the call was going to happen she threw up her hands and paced over to Stern and then back to the phone area and when Billy said no (because he didn't understand the word the judge used) once again she throws up her hands and paces some more ... she was so animated I thought it was very funny/
That would "almost" be funny if not so sad. They have the $$ to fight for her.
Larry waiting for the paternity hearing on 2/23...
I wonder if the ME sent her hair for drug testing? I certainly would if it was me.
Oh, how interesting....especially this:
Jack Harding, a private investigator based in California, told police that last year Daniel expressed to him "his concern about the kind of persons his mother was associating with." Daniel also said "he did not like the idea that she was moving to the Bahamans" and that he "felt that her associates were taking advantage of her."
Either Mon 2/26 or Tue 2/27 is the hearing to determine once and for all (we hope) Thompson's legal ownership of Horizons, so then the residency question on ANS can be challenged after that.
Larry on 2/23...
Big Moe says ANS said HKS is the babies father.
If I'm reading this right, then a Paternity test is called for :)
sw
????????
That's standard, along with the microscopic, blood work, urinalysis, and so on. I do hope they establish the chronic long-term usage.
Larry and his sister on 2/23...
