Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
and Bobby was so matter-of-fact. There is too many characters in this story for them not to do a movie.

Daniel had flown that same day from L.A. to Miami to Nassau, and then went straight to the hospital to see Dannielynn and Mom. So he hadn't been in the country 24 hours when he died. Why they allowed him to be buried there I don't know, because he was a resident of California. (Unless by mom's fast-track residency permit he, an underaged child, was declared a resident as well.)
What is kind of funny is most gay men have excellent decorating taste. Bobby Trendy reminds me of a gay guy I knew in the doll industry, he did some really bizarre dolls... not for kids... and some of the female dealers just loved him!

Just wondering if anyone else thinks the picture of Daniellynn on the cover of People looks just like LB? I think it's uncanny. I'd imagine that HKS didn't take that picture and release it to People. Maybe one of Anna's friends did. I wonder if Anna knew that it would be so obvious from that picture?
BTW, Gloria Allred on Fox -- if she had been representing Larry Birkhead she would have filed in the Bahamas months ago while ANS and the baby and HKS were all still living there.
The UCCJA would not apply because jurisdiction follows the child, and there is absolutely no basis for jurisdiction over that child in Florida!!

I'm starting here and working backwards on the comments I want to make.
At this juncture, discussing Daniel flying to Nassau that day (and many stops in between) - Daniel hated flying with a passion and would do anything to avoid it.
Anna would always have someone (I thought I had read that *she* would drive him, but now we find out that she doesn't drive) drive him wherever in the US they were going - such as from L.A. to Myrtle Beach, for example.
He made a huge sacrifice to get on that plane because he wanted to see Dannielynn--and his mother, too, of course. And look what happened.
There was a really good reason why he couldn't, but beats me if I can think of it right now. It has been discussed.
Something stinks between he and the TrimSpa guy. Doesn't pass the smell test.
I know he said his father is retired from Hughes and teaches part time at Valley College. Where does his mother teach?
Why would parents be supporting a kid into his 30's when he has a law degree and should be more than capable of supporting himself...
Sounds just like Scott Peterson's parents who thought their son could do no wrong and basically went into their retirement funds and home to try and pay for his defense.
Thanks....the People article linked above made it sound like he had been to the house. Maybe after his death, his things were moved from the hosp.
Howard seemed to be very handy with the camera and video cam... and we know he did it for $$$$$$$
