Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
So we can assume that maybe she was somewhat sober when she waltzed into the Hard Rock. Which lends credence to my theory that maybe she went there to detox.
Bruce S. Ross is the mysterious HKS lawyer I've been trying to identify for two days. He is on Greta.
I understand Sean and the whole personal responsibility of conservatism etc... but this seemed to be quite a special case with a very vulnerable victim with a serious addiction who was enabled and used by a particularly self-serving and unsympathetic leech.
Heehee,I been working the canteen thread all day so just jumped in at the ruling.:)
I honestly don't think, unless they are going to move Daniel, and already have it arranged, the appeals court will overrule having her buried in the Bahama's next to Daniel.
If Daniel was still alive this would be a no-brainer, she'd already be on the way back to California.
(:
This guardian ad litem extends to "the matter before the court".......the body and where it is buried.
Yes, she flunked out in 9th grade. I suspect she may have suffered dyslexia because of pics I've seen of her wearing green glasses at legal proceedings.
It was huge, but was it a diamond? No matter what it was, Anna paid for it.
What is a commitment ceremony anyway? Is it just an expensive way of saying "we're going steady"?
I definitely agree, I just could see Sean's point of view and why he was saying what he said.
I think that Sean Hannity overdoes it when he plays Mr. Morality. Some day he is going to fall off his pedestal...and fall hard. Then he may have a little more compassion.
yes. A lot about her life was very sad. I don't condone her lifestyle or drug abuse, but I do feel sorry for anyone that troubled they destroy themself.
And they got paid for the pictures of the "commitment ceremony" didn't they?
I guess we'll know all the i's and t's sooner or later. Will be interesting to compare notes at that time.
Don't know. Wouldn't doubt it tho.
What about the Fax dated February 3rd? Did you all agree to buy the explanation? Just wondering why a lawyer's machine would be off my so many days when dates are usually so important in legal documents....
Hopefully the investigators are taking notes on all this stuff.
Time to post your HKS financial death earnings chart again....
