Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I have to LOL at your post. I still have the tapes of the OJ trial and I watched the trial live as well. My husband was alive then and I didn't have to work so I was glued to the TV.
That was as gripping as any murder mystery I've ever seen in a movie.
This trial which is more like a soap opera will continue tomorrow in the Fla family court. I do think HKS has a LOT to hide [murder?] and he's DONE [for now]. Maybe the deal is give us the baby and we won't follow up on the deaths of both Danny and ANS.
Thankfully, it does appear the baby is Larry's and the sooner he can get her out of there the better.
CTV used to be wonderful. No commercials, no talking heads except to explain legalese. And, every night, they'd show a replay of that day. ahhhh...the good old days...

I'm saying - to those on here who keep claiming they all three now appear to be friends, so all their anger and resentment was a farce - to them I point out that they are appearing to be friends in order to stay on the good side of the guardian ad litem, but they are not really friends.
Larry, just as Virgie, has a very strong reason to despise Howard. Howard not only facilitated the deaths of Daniel and Anna, whether intentional or not, but he has tried to steal Larry's infant daughter from him. And has kept them apart all this time!

Thanks for posting the AP article. Hope Fox News sees it and stops telling the world that Howard K Stern won possession of the remains.
Prediction: The Will will be thrown out because it did not meet the letter of the law (some innocuous language in there that "no woman in her right mind would sign" - improper representation.) That will cut out Howard Stern as Executor/Personal Rep. The State will appoint another GAL to administer the will on the behalf of the daughter. No matter who the father is, he will never have control of the money.

I sure hope the paternity issue is resolved soon, so that some judge doesn't say in a few months to a year that she can't possibly be awarded to Larry because she has known HKS to be her only father. Wouldn't that be pitiful if Larry is the father after all of this?

In a moment of sheer and utter frustration, Howard K. Stern's lawyer, Krista Barth, exclaimed that she "objected to everything ... under the sun." The steaming blonde attorney was obviously fed up with the carnival-like atmosphere in Judge Larry Seidlin's courtoom.
Virgie Arthur's lawyer, John "Texas" O'Quinn, telephoned the father of Daniel Smith to testify about the disposition of Daniel's body, without verification or deposition, causing Barth to hit the roof.
Watch Krista Barth lose her s**t in front of the judge.
Funny - NBC6 just stated they learned there's been an appeal filed. LOL

Here's my theory on what happened in the chambers with all the parties after the ruling. Opri says to the ad litem "would it be OK if Mr. Birkhead attends the funeral?". Of course the ad litem says yes because the judge told them to work together.
Getting to see the baby is a chance to get DNA isn't it?
