Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

When Opri said that LB will be seeing his daughter very soon and she thanked HKS it was very wierd. Somethings going on there??? HKS hung his head when she said that. Is HKS trying to be complicit and eventually bow out of this before he gets into REAL trouble???

I think so. I agree with the other poster that this is the end for Howard K. Stern. Essentially this whole court proceeding over the past few days was game, set, match. Birkhead is in a good position despite the spin by the media for Howard. Howard will end up penniless and humilated in front of the whole world yesterday.

How could the judge have had a LONG order written out if he hadn't already written it BEFORE he even heard today's testimony? The bottomline, he knew what he wanted to do all along and the rest of it was merely for our entertainment.

I agree. How could he put it in the hands of the appointed guardian of the child while expressing what he wanted done with the body.

I think that's right, but it still would've been a "card" to play under different circumstances.

I was expecting HKS to flee to Israel and get protection, as several of my neighbors have done. Glad we don't have to sweat *that.* I figured since he didn't sit shiva, he wasn't practicing, anyway.

I didn't really watch the OJ trial when it was on. I was in college so I was gone most of the day. I would check out the recaps with Greta and that other guy Stan Goldman( I think). Have you guys seen him lately...he looks bad. This case was bombshell after bombshell. I loved the fact we got to hear from Larry. That guy is wonderful. I still say that there must be some other proof that we don't know about. Why was he there? Why not Prince Zsa Zsa or G. Ben Thompson? The fact that he had such access leads me to believe what some people have been saying..a paternity test was done on the down low but it can't be used as proof of paternity.
