Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Texas kept bringing that up.....and was told repeatedly to sit down and shut up.
Howie's a cornered dog which is scary. I don't see him going to jail. Seriously, I see him flicking the air out of his needles telling DaniLynn they're going to see mommy now. One for you, one for me.
I hope someone close to Anna Nicole reads this and gets that baby into protective custody.
I thought for sure I heard him say Bahamas...that's when HKS starting "crying."

Couple of questions:
Who pays for the remains to be flown to the Bahamas and buried?
The issue of Danielynn .. right now, Stern has possession.
What would have to happen under Bahamian law to remove him
as her "father?" (which I'm assuming would be provoked by
the results of court-ordered DNA .. IF Stern submits. If he refuses to submit, who can enforce it .. in the Bahamas?)
Her estate: where will it be probated? Bahamas?
I bet this thing will be tied up in court fights for a decade .. I just pray for the sweet little innocent one. God bless her.

Does he want the expense of shipping Anna's body to the Bahamas??? where there is little or no publicity??? Or the expense of reinterring Daniel to the USA where he KNOWS people will run to her grave!!!
THAT was the mistake of Daniel dying so mysteriously in the Bahamas.
Any tv show that witch Barth comes on, I'm turning right off.
Ashley Banfield on Court TV now tearing ANS apart..remindign us that she battled for her husband's ashes..the judge ordered him cremated, then split them..and ANS left her half of the ashes in the funeral home for FIVE YEARS before she picked them up.
I know it.

A: Good question but, whomever does, it will be reimbursed out of the estate.
Don't forget Vergie had an aneurism a few years ago. I think part of her problem yesterday in testifying (when placed under stress by Barf) is residual to the aneurism, we had a friend who had one and it did affect him and he had another and died about five years later.
Nancy Grace and people on CTV ... agree she should be laid to rest in CAlifornia.
