Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I think this judge "gets" it. My suspicion is he's giving more time to Barth so she cannot say she didn't get a fair trial when he gives ANS to her mother. I'm certain it didn't go over his head that Virgie and Billie are going to take Daniel back to Texas.
Anna turned down the $88 million settlement that was offered to her. (Half of what ol' Marshall earned during their short marriage together)
She turned it down under the advise of her attorney's which included Atty. Stern.
That $88 million offer no longer stands because she chose to fight for more than $88 million.
DId you see the poll on CTV about "was Virgie credible" or something like that. Most about 75% thought she wasn't.
Wow! I was sobbing during her testimony. I completely changed my mind about her.
and yet..... Stern claimed yesterday on the stand he didn't know how many doctors she had... an obvious lie. Remember all this testimony can be used against him in further trials.
Scary and yet when people come in and steal people's babies during the night the parents are the first people to be suspect. BTW she looks pregnant to me (again).

I agree. I just wonder how he got DNA from the baby.
