Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Judge should fly him back and pick up Daniel's father.

Indeed! This just doesn't jive. (Every time I saw her on tv, she appeared to be under the influence!)
i am a lawyer, have seen judges and lawyers galore and she is neither as competent as Opri and blondie hasn't won anything so far.

I've seen no actual evidence that even comes close to proving that HKS is the bad guy that many of you want him to be.
It appears to me that most of the opinions expressed on this thread are based on emotions not rationality.

Barth is making a fool of herself again now and the judge is arguing with her again but he likes her looks and in the end she will probably whine until he gives her what she wants. THAT is how Barth is "winning" if indeed she is.
Neither Billy or ANS family were "allowed" to attend Daniel's funeral. They held their own memorial service in Texas and Billie attended.

None of us is saying that HKS won't get the body, but it sure isn't because Barth is a good attorney. And it sure isn't because he deserves the body!
the judge is an absolute atrocity, as any and all lawyers who have viewed even a minute of this trial have said.

Well, the proof will be in the pudding. If HKS doesn't get the body, I'll acknowledge that I am wrong, but I doubt that I'll have to do that.
BTW, if you're a lawyer, why aren't you at work? ;)
