Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'm not a lawyer, but, have many friends who are. Apparently in our judicial system we have many judges who are , shall we say, eccentric.
None of them , not one- has ever witnessed anything like the bizarre behavior seen in this courtroom.
It is shocking and sickening for lay people like myself to see this kind of weirdness.
I only catch snippets during the day and every time I tune in, the judge is complaining about the shortage of time while simultaneously launching into a prolonged stream of consciousness ramble that would make the Mad Hatter proud.
And every time I tune in, some beastly blonde is given free range to harangue all the other parties, who are always silenced by the judge.
It will be a miracle if anything remotely resembling a just verdict comes from this judge.

The following also adds credibility to Jacke Hatten, I didn't get it when Jackie was on Geraldo two weeks ago, but this made the link come together, it was Nygard Jackie stayed with when she went to the Bahamas to see ANS to try and keep the lines of communication open between ANS and Jackie and ANS's mother.
