Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

How does the judge get the baby's DNA? She is under the jurisdiction of the Bahamas and if Stern has to go back to bring her to Florida, Stern simply can refuse to leave the Bahamas again.

isn't there a paternity proceeding in a diff court? couldn't the DNA be forced in that proceeding?
I believe that was one reason. The other reason is that had the baby been born in the US, drug testing would have been done on the baby and there'd be hell to pay.
That's why she agreed to put his name on the birth certificate. She had just lost one child, FGS.

Tell him that the body should be buried where the real father lives (and the child should live with) so that the child can visit the grave.
He can force Larry to make a speculation on where he would bury Anna, but Howard was not compelled to answer tough questions on the drug issue.
Judge is out of line asking Larry this question. Larry is too honest to sit there and LIE like Howard would.
That is being litigated currently. In fact, Opri had a hearing in the Bahamas yesterday about it, but I think it was postponed for this one, but I'm not sure.
Larry is having ahard time saying where ANS should be buried.
