Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

But Stern GAVE her the drugs when she was pregnant and that's worse. Barth is not a good lawyer IMO.

stupid strategy since howard was the one pumping them in. i think the judge knows who was doing what. it is ridic for the judge to say NO ONE IS ENABLING. of course HKS was enabling her, it happens in real life, not just books.

Yes, but HKS videotaped her zapped out of her mind. So because Larry didn't kidnap her and force her to stop drugs, he doesn't deserve his child?

Judge needs to ask questions what happened RIGHT AFTER Daniel died.
How drugged up was Anna? Who gave her the drugs then? Why did Howard fake a marriage and make an announcement he is indeed the babies father?

I think this judge should allow Larry to take the paternity test.
(he's willing & it would be in the best interest of the baby)
If larry is the father, howie should be kicked to curb now.
imo, I wouldn't allow howie near the baby at all without supervision & a paternity test showing him to be the father.
