Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Is there court today??
I've never seen the video of Anna saying Daniel had a fever before he died. The pieces are falling into place and it's not good for HKS. I just hope the Bahaman authorities do something about this. But it looks like they were pretty tight with HKS so......
But I don't think I've ever seen a poorer withness than HKS on the stand yesterday. You would never know it, if all you saw was Shep Smith's show last night or any of Phil Keating's reporting.
Yes and I don't remember whether its scheduled to start at 10:00 or 10:30 Eastern.
We're all pretty certain that drugs are "cause of death" in the deaths of both Daniel and Anna.
Daniel was soooo close to being 21. Had he reached 21, the whole ball game would have changed AND if the will was deemed valid....Daniel would be entitled to everything and Howard would be TOTALLY out of the picture.
Yeah we know what that means. Cuz Daniellynn needs that extra $100K that she's gonna get for pics of her moms funeral.
But if the will was faxed from California to the Bahamas, there would be a long distance phone record. I haven't looked at the fax too carefully, but most faxes print the date and time of the fax. Match it up to long distance records.
I am so tired of hearing about her. Just bury her and get it over with. Give the kid a DNA test and establish the paternity and move on. She is dead, let her rest in peace, or what ever she is resting in.
Exactly. Dannielynn is coming into the world with more money than most kids in the USA.
Well let's see. HKS took Anna away from her baby. This is something i'm sure she didn't want to do. Just speaking as a mother here. But drugged and under the influence of HKS she ends up on an Indian Reservation in FLA! Indian Res are their own jurisdiction and they don't seem to be too good at that. Harming ANS in the Bahamas would be too suspicious because of Daniels death being there. Harming ANS on an Indian Reservation where the authorities seem to be incompetent could work.....
So why did he take her to the Hard Rock? Why was she sick, supposedly or for some reason couldn't leave her room? What's the point of going there? To gamble? To party? For publicity? What? Does anybody know the answer to why they were at the HR in the first place?
They were there to purchase a yacht.

If they were going to be gone for over a week it probably would have been easier to just move Dannielynn in with the Nanny (Gibson's mother).
Most people keep a copy of their will in their own private files so I doubt that Howard didn't have access to it by virtue of him being involved in the Marshall suit.
So, I'm guessing there might be a new will and Howard wanted to see "which one works best".
Remember, he said that all the IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS were stolen including Danielynn's Birth Certificate.
Do any of you have a copy of your child's original birth certificate? I was never furnished with a copy for any of them. So Howard must have gone to the records office to obtain it. Why??
I think the judge was very short sighted at the beginning when he decided the paternity was not an issue. Then yesterday he goes into a big schpeel about how things change and evolve and we have to adapt and change with the times and how judges used to be able to smoke cigars on the bench....
Well judge, if you're "listening", things have evolved and changed and you have to adapt and change your ruling on the paternity test. You should have been smart enough to and experienced enough (like you're always telling us) to foresee where this is going (another of your favorite phrases) from the beginning. Or maybe you're nothing but an empty headed showboat.
Or, judge, are you too proud like a peacock to admit you blew it!?
THE most interesting and damning thing toad said yesterday was about the "hate mom" tape. Where the judge asked him if Anna was impaired. Toad said she has been "more impaired" than that. Watching him trying to slither out of that one was priceless!
Unless i'm confused the judge asked HKS if he had read every page of the will and HKS said "no". Some attorney! Altho i don't believe him anyway. I think he's read every page, word, comma and period.
Sounds like O'Quinn is setting that up. From what I hear he's not pulling any punches.
