Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Shoot... I don't have that part of it. I started recording after Larry was already sitting down and talking.

The post claims Larry took both cups with him when he left the stand for the day. MSNBC went to a commercial so they did not catch it and it is not on my DVR as I have checked it out.

Did anyone who was watching the hearing today, see Larry Birkhead snag Howard K. Stern's styrofoam cup which he had been drinking out of? Stern had been drinking from water from a cup and left it on the witness stand. Birkhead immediately took the stand and grabbed a new cup from the stack, his attorney went over and poured some bottled water into the cup at which time he placed his cup inside of Stern's used cup and when he left the stand took both of them with him.

I think he did, but then Barth started whining and I never heard the result... I do know they settled (at least today) on Ford Shelley and the Clown Video (which think is really stupid on their part and will help Virgie/larry).

How the heck do you spell "scheister?" Because that's what HKS is. And if HKS *was* the father and he *knew* he was the father, he would have had IVs coming out of his body; passing out swabs to people on the street to come sample his DNA. Better yet, he probably would have set up a lemonade stand to sell his used cups for big $$$$$. He would be shouting this news to the world because he wouldn't want to waste any time getting his new "inheritance."

If you're thinking Larry picked up the cup to possibly get Howard's DNA, it's kinda silly unless they want to use it to see if Howard has drugs in his system.

Larry likely had to pick up after Anna AND HOWARD when Larry was living with her. Some things don't change.

post 12613 is how I feel about it. I don't think you can get a true drug test from the little bit of salva DNA that may be on the cup, but you can get DNA from it. Drug testing is usually done with urine, blood or hair.

In all honesty I didn't see it happen, someone else did and some of us are trying to figure out if Larry really did this or not with the cups. And yes you are right he may have just been cleaning up after himself and Stern without realizing what he actually had in his hand.

I just watched the Opri/Barth thing again. Everyone laughed when Opri said she wanted Barth censored now. It was direct but light hearted coming from Opri. She clearly said censored and not censured - it was cen-sored and not cen-sured in her punctuation of the word.

ok....I went back....toad left the stand and his cup was still there. His cup, water pitcher and another cup, upside down. At some point, the upside down cup ended up inside toads cup.

At the end, Larry had left the stand and was talking to people over where his lawyers are. Oprey(sp) was asking about Ford testifying and the clown tape. Judge was saying yes to the tape and to work with the video people. Barf was walking up to the witness stand, yipping about the tape was stolen...and she picked up the cups. I don't have any of that on tape....I was watching the local feed....

This is bugging the crap out of me so I just listened to it again about 10 times. Even though it sounds like censored - I think you are right she means censured.

What happened was Orpi asked Stern about other names Anna used - Barth says "objection" while she stands up. Then she goes into this tantrum about "These things have been stolen from Anna's home by Mr. Ford and Barth starts pointing at Opri's table in the court room where Birkhead is sitting. (Opri is at a podium near the Judges desk, but in front of the desk and Barth is sitting at a table that directly faces the judge - basically Opri is standing between the Judge and Barth).

Opri is pissed that Barth is pointing at her table and saying these things were stolen. and Opri says... Let the record reflect that she is pointing at my table. That is flammatory prejudice and I want her censored (censured). (everyone laughs in the court room.) Opri then turns all the way around to face Barth and she takes a couple steps towards Barth and says... "and sit down while you are at it". Then Barth says something about when addressing the court in Florida but the laughing and over voices is too loud to hear what Barth completely says. (as Barth starts to finish talking Opri turns back around to the podium after she told Barth to sit down.) You can hear Barth says to her partner lawyer that "she is not going to sit down". Then Opri asks the Judge if he would tell her (Barth) to stay in her seat. - Barth is out of the camera view and you never see if she sits down or not.

You did see the other thread about this? - but I don't think this person who posted this was actually watching it on TV at the time because their post was too late in the evening and things had been wrapped up for a couple hours by then.

Dang....I know I saw Barf take those cups! I'm positive toad left his there when he left the stand....my tape shows that. But, I'll rewind once again to be sure he didn't take it with him. Crummy CTV has so many commercials, I gave up and watched the local feed but kept taping.

It would be at the end of it - When things were wrapping up for the day. My DVR was recording MSNBC and they cut away to a commercial. Before the commercial Birkhead was still on the stand with the stacked cups in front of him and had not gotten up yet... after the long commercial everyone including Birkhead were in the center of the courtroom and the cups where gone from the witness stand.
