Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
If they took the liver temperature we may actually learn time of death.

Because Taz isn't the one who noticed her mouth open the Dutch lady noticed it and notified Taz. Taz doesn't sound like much of a nurse to me.
You can hear HKS voice behind the camera saying "You are scaring Reilly" ANS: "Huh?" HKS: "You are scaring Reilly"
HKS: "Is this a mushroom trip?"

Ford and Gina Shelly told Greta that Reilly was so upset with ANS behavior, because ANS really believed that the doll was a baby. She asked HKS to take a screwdriver and remove the batteries from the doll to show her. HKS wouldn't do it. Reily asked to call her parents. HKS impeded that.
That is the way I heard him dance around it on the stand today. Texas kept asking and he would say "ET has been very good to "us" for a long time, he never said how much money... and he wasn't pressed to the wall on it like Virgie was.
If they want to get to the bottom of this they need to subpoena ET.
Have any of the websites got the video showing the little girl being frightened? Or is that not released to protect the child? What a terribly scary scenario that poor child had to endure.

I think Larry did that because...if it turns out that Larry is not the father of the baby and if Stern still has not been tested by that time. Well Larry can come forth and still challenge Stern's claim if Larry does a private DNA test of Stern's DNA off the cup and learns from that that Stern is also not the baby's father. Larry will still want the world to know that Stern is not the baby's father if it comes up the he himself (Larry) is not the baby's father.
Even if Stern turns out to be the baby's father the jerk should not have custody of her because he will just turn her into a money making machine and he will pimp his own daughter out to the Hollywood scene.

I've faxed documents like that before. In fact, I faxed my brother in law's vehicle registration to him using a flatbed scanner to scan the document, and my fax/modem to fax it to his fax machine at home.
I'm almost 100% certain that the judge said that but it was posted by someone. I didn't hear it live!!
