Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
And maybe there is something going on re: police investigation. That's what Samantha said early on - but Samantha has not been back on this thread (even though I pinged her) to tell us more if possible about the LEO investigation. Maybe she can't say.
My point is that if they are not investigating the death of Anna but waiting for 3-4 weeks to get back the Toxicology report - that is a huge mistake. So, at the least, "Texas" indicates they are not going to let this investigation drop without Stern being investigated in connection with her death.
I think Stern will be very very careful how he treats that baby right now and how he reacts in court. I think he is rational.....and very calculating. That baby is his new meal ticket and he knows it. Could he do something irrational? Yes.....we surely know anything can happen....that's why many prayers are so needed here for that little baby's safety.
There were reports on the day of her death that he was questioned by the police and was cooperative. Then he went home to the Bahamas, and stayed. Honestly, I think that the judge has been very masterful in the way he has orchestrated all this.
I keep waiting for Florida LE to show up for him or to question him.

I don't know about surgery after Dannielynn was born, but yes, she did have double implants, one set above and one set below the breast muscle.

Heck, even the Prince so and so was outraged at Stern's treatment of Anna's mother saying - why should a man attack her mother like that? If he wants to attack somebody, attack a man.....LOL. I hope the sympathy of people watching is with Virgie. I don't know about Anna's charges of child abuse .....she probably was abused - probably molested as a child - I don't know. Surely she became promiscuous like a lot of abused children become. But the clearest thing that comes through is that Virgie is a regular person, the Larry Birkhead loved Anna and that baby and truly cared enough to try to get Anna off drugs, and that Stern is a total scumbag.
Did anyone here notice anything about Larry B's fly being open? I certainly didn't..... find it fascinating that Opri is the one who snagged the DNA cup.

If the person posting it on that thread is correct, then Larry B went to the stand, took out a cup and pushed his cup inside HKS's cup, his attorney (Opri) poured water and when she left took the cup with the cup inside it with her... guess Larry really took two cups. Anyone have this on TIVO?

I'm trying to place my finger on it. She was very vulnerable and people said she was very funny (when sober) so maybe he saw something deeper in her than most men and thought he could save her. Unfortunately, he couldn't save her from herself.
