Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

All are having to be there tomorrow and Opri is going to contact Bahamian Attorneys/court to get an extension of court date. Can't believe though that the Bahamian courts will view that very favorbably - very arrogant that US court is dictating to Bahamas court, don't you think?
Also, this is not good for Virgie - she has to arrange to be there. The Bahamian court date was about guardianship of the baby. THAT IS CRITICAL COURT DATE....wish it was NOT being postponed! That baby's care is MOST important - more than the wherabouts of the body of ANS...but now this Judge is NOT keeping to his words that the baby's situation was most important.

I bet it's the $10,000 to the immigration officer. It was said to have been cut by Callender & Co., attorneys, (Michael Scott - Thompson's and ANS's attys at the time) and messengered to Shane Gibson's home.
Gibson denied ever receiving it - yet ANS's PR status was granted. Don't know if another $10,000 showed up at the office of immigration or not. And don't know if ANS ever actually wrote a check (or HKS) to anyone for it.
Gibson's denial was disingenuous, because all they asked him was whether he *went to* ANS's house and picked up the check. Tracey Ferguson from Callender's said it was hand-delivered *to* Gibson's home.
Usually, the date is handwritten along with comments regarding the fax and a signature of the sender. For example: It would have likely been checked: As per your request. In other words, there is additional communication that went with that fax....within a day or so.
when I get time I will type in Opri's questioning of Stern. It probably will not be until late tonight though.
Larry is being honest...I LOVE IT!!! He's saying that the interviews are free but he sells the pictures and videos. That's the way it's done and that's how it should be stated. Howard was trying to be sneaky in giving his answer.
That's censured, I'm sure.
