Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I'd want Howard tested for drugs as well..

I've been watching it on MSNBC.. they are probably hoping to get high daytime ratings for the rest of February sweeps so pulling all of over from the othe stations ~LOL~

My first father-in-law gave his daughtr and I bruial plots for an engagement present..TRUE..He was president of his temple..they were entering into a deal with a new cemetary, and he had to commit to taking a certain number of them. He was so proud of it..I went nuts when he told me..

I found that faxed copy of the will on TMZ but didn't check whether it was faxed to Florida or Bahamas.
So if it was faxed to the Bahamas - the date is correct!
They tried so hard to get that will authenticated and it's blowing up in their faces.

Judge won't allow an atty to quit in the middle of a case without very good reason..because it puts the client at a disadvantage..
In another place, I saw a poster claiming the fax machine date was set wrong and I also saw that the same person said ANS was acting goofy in the clown video *because it's so hot and humid in the Bahamas.* LOL! Moonbat.

I think it depends on the fax. If it came via a computer system which is likely....I doubt the date is wrong. Regardless, telephone or email data will more than likely confirm communications between the Howard and whomever. And you don't send a fax without a cover sheet which are usually hand dated. All my attorneys use this method all the time. They include a confidentiality clause.
