Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
We're gonn aget one atty..HKS..disbarred..and maybe 3-4 California docs will lose their license...

The way I see it, he was a hanger-on, would've been a stalker if ANS hadn't *allowed* all this because of drug use and HKS probably constantly telling her he would get her the Marshall money in court - and he wound up being the "last man standing" as everyone else backed away from ANS's downward spiral.
They need a sample of hair from the little baby. Maybe someone stole a hairbrush when they broke into the house?

I think so.HKS says he sees where this is going.
I understood him to say "She was taking Methadone up until 5 months prior" -which means she was taking it while pregnant.
You can see, by the way he is trying to fight the judge, that HKS was used to getting his own way and running the show. He doesn't like being on this end of things.
Was she abusing them? Stern: I'm not a doctor.
What drugs were they? IN last 3 years?

Did she need to go into a rehab center? Stern - that would be open to interpretation - Anna Nicole took medication for depression. (JUDGE LET THE QUESTION SLIP BY UNANSWERED)
She had more than one doctor - I believe her doctors knew about each other.
She kept her medications in 2 drawers in the bathroom.
Judge: Could you have stopped her from taking these drugs? Stern: I talked to her about it and she did cut down on the drugs.....Anna when she made her decisions was pretty clear on these decisions. I don't think her medications influenced her decisions. She made her intent clear to many people.
There are times more impaired than that on that video.
The way she talked on that video was her normal way of talking.....BXXXXSHXXXT.

Drugs were kept in two drawers in bathroom - meds after Daniel passed either in these 2 drawers or on cabinet in bathroom.
Did Daniel try to talk to her about stopping taking drugs? Did he have any success?
She would go back and forth depending on what was going on in her life. Did she ever get psychological care? Stern: Yes. She had a psychiatrist - after Daniel's passing. Prior? Stern: I believe she had a psychologist - not sure - might have been California......He knew her before I came on scene.....She continued to see her - up til around 2000.
Stern - there were times her head was not clear - was it drugs? sometimes, sometimes not. Sometimes stress she was under caused it.
Stern keeps saying "after Danny's death" - the Judge is not ......Methadone - not during the last five months - she did take it prior to the last five months.....are you aware that Methadone is a narcotic. Who is the Dr that prescribed the drug - Dr. Kapoor - not in the Bahamas.
SO HE IS ADMITTING SHE TOOK METHADONE WHILE PREGNANT!

Did she take Hydromorphone? Howard - Not familiar with it. Dauladid (sp?) Yes there are times she took that - not familiar with the other one.
How many life insurance policies on Anna Nicole? Stern: I don't think any. None. (WHAT ABOUT ON DANNIELYNN?)

That's what I heard him say.Last time was 5 months ago-hello-that's how old the baby is.
There was at least one more prescribing doctor whose name we haven't learned (public) - and we don't know who was Dannielynn's pediatrician.
There was a doc in the C-section video, but I don't know who it was.
Oh my gosh. When I heard that I thought the same thing. What kind of world does he live in??
