Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It's like old people. As long as they are of sound mind as of the signing, the will is considered valid.
records=diaries?
Stern was asked about drugs ANS was on and Stern said he didn't want to answer that?
Milstein - has a standing objection about any substances that Ms. Smith may have taken because it is irrelevant.....
Stern has his head in his hands.
Judge: Final product is who is the father of this child! You guys are going to have to work on your conscious...and then everything falls into place. Judge - I promised you that we wouldn't go there. Now I have a Guardian Ad Litem saying we shouldn't go into the ANS drug taking history.
Judge is thinking....Let's Barth talk!!!! but not others. Barth does NOT want to go into ANS drug history (of course not!!!)
sw
stern would have to say whether or not he was picking up the drugs for anna...
"Guardian says no."
He's from Florida, isn't he? Don't all these attorneys work together if they live in the same area? They all know each other. They're all "friends." I don't like him.
Bath gives him ideas.:)
If Barth is so worried about the child's interests, have her client do the DNA. It's so easy really.
Who is Shane Kelly?...the guy speaking
The point is, it is an issue and it is relevant.
Well he is representing her and it is important that everyone understands why this information is needed.
I can't TELL who is speaking :(
I'm getting tired of the judge teasing us with the paternity issue. Do the DNA!! I'm suspicious of the GAL. I can't say what I really think about him.
LB's attorney talking about case law - re: state of mind of decedent......said the person in that case was ruled the decedent had cancer and was not in right mind----so their intent was thrown out.
Judge - asking - am I to look into whether or not ANS was under influence of drugs? Attorney for LB - it is related to the INTENT of the deceased to find this out.
Oh my the Judge is thinking again.
Says in probate we would be looking at intent. But then we have the child. It's my time to pontificate. Judge is that we are going to go into did she have any drug use!!!! YAY!!! I NEED TO KNOW IT!!!! HIP HIP HOORWAY!!!
Drug use questions are allowed.
Administrator ad litem - special atty who is "neutral" and gathers all info to make recommendation to judge on body custody
Admin ad litem....not sure what it means.
awwww...Poor Texas..he said he's the only lawyer who's never
allowed to ask any questions....lol
Opri hit it out the park a few minutes ago when she was arguing that drug history needed to be addressed.
