Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Oh for cripes sake!!!! This is totally unfair!
I wish she had said this earlier. Still this is good because this opens the door for Stern to be asked the same questions. I hope Virgie's lawyer is able to get the booking agent who handled Stern's deal.

I think he just wants to get to the bottom of who contacted the media regarding the viewing. The media does have a part to play and personally I hope they get into the subject of how much money these outlets are paying for video, images, and interviews.
If Milstein doesn't do the same line of questioning with HKS regarding all the media $$ he has received (and hopes to receive) then this is unbelievable!

As far as I can tell, Howard's DNA is totally immaterial. What is material is getting the baby's DNA. That's all that is needed. Larry Birkhead's DNA and the kid's DNA. If they match, then Larry is the Dad. Howard's DNA is a moot point.

Splash guy took her over to ME office. He lives here - I think he does.
Did he ever suggest you make a contract with Splash over death of Daniel or death of her daughter re: rights of press or publicity of media: No.
Has anyone asked to purchase memorabilia, photographs, etc - NO. She has not received any money for any of those items. NO i have not.
Has anyone discussed with you any future remunerations re: funeral arrangements for her daughter. NO.
Funeral arrangements would be public? NO = just family.
There wa a splash helicopter over ME office - He did not call media while with her. He lives here, he is a family friend. Have been friends for 2 years.
She told the driver that we needed to go to the Morgue. Did YOU tell the driver why you were going to the ME office. No. I said I needed to go to the morgue. Virgie: NO - they KNEW why I was going to the morgue.

Good grief - Judge - what is your pension $ per month? $3500 / mo - what about your husband - Virgie - He works - how much is his salary? 600 per week. Judge-Do you have a mortgage? Almost paid off. House worth about $60,000 something.

After watching this fiasco for the last few days. I have come to the conclusion that they ALL used ANS and no one in this courtroom should get that baby girl.....
