Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Interesting point being discussed on Court TV. HK$, yesterday, under oath, testified that he was the father of DannieLynn. Talking head expert just said if it comes to be known that HK$ is not the father, and he had reason to know he wasn't the father, he perjured himself before the Court. HK$ may be in jeopardy of loosing that never in use law license.

As a mother with a child the same age as Anna, I'm not sure I could make it back to the court. That's the most stress ANY PARENT could have.

That is someone who should be in court today. I bet he had no say in where his child Daniel was going to be buried. Who know's he may have never paid his child support on Daniel all these years and that might be why he is laying very low.

TV is on in other room (vol. up) but it was discussed under the guise of 'misleading' the court. I don't think that the birth certificate would supercede the perjury (from what I heard).

Kids will be home soon, and I will have to (gasp) turn off Court TV. Oh no...

I think he may have perjured himself several times yesterday, but on that point, I'm not sure that it's provable. UNLESS, there has been a DNA test already done, AND he knew the results before yesterday.

Otherwise, as HKS said yesterday, she had multiple partners. Even she might not know the daddy without a DNA.

agreed - he also said he "believed" that Dannielynn was his child but he never claimed that he was the child bio-father in court. Stern was wording everything very carefully except when he talked about Anna always thinking that she would die early in life. But then he turned around and said Anna never thought or dreamed she was dying when she was admitted to the hospitals.

I saw a little bit of Vergi's testimony this morning and my heart really went out to her. In the last 6 months she has lost a grandson (who she raised as a son until he was 7) and a daughter who she never had the opportunity to reconcile with before her death. Now she may lose a granddaughter. I think she is holding up pretty well considering all that.
