Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

ET's own KEVIN FRAZIER met with Larry to show him photographs of Anna Nicole with Daniel and her new addition for the first time, and it was an emotional experience to say the least.

"They're just great pictures, but they're just -- it's just hard to understand all of this," he tells Kevin of the shots taken just hours before Daniel's unexpected passing. "It's like, you see life, and you see loss, and you see people that are happy -- and as happy as I want to be, it's just hard to think about Daniel.

"This, to me, is like the delivery, because this is the first time I've seen any pictures, and this is the first news that anyone has given me," he continues. "Here we are, more than a week later and not a phone call, not an 'everything's okay,' not an e-mail, and it's hard. It's hard."

Larry blames the people around Anna Nicole for keeping him out of the picture, and there has been some question in the media as to the validity of Larry's belief that he's the father of Anna Nicole's new baby, but he vigorously defends his position.

"From the moment that I was told that I was the father, I just had visions of being in that room," he says. "Even though I hate hospitals and all that, I was really kind of getting prepared to just be there and be a part of it, so it hurts, you know? It hurts a lot. To be shut out, you kind of go numb because you don't understand, and then you try to get your emotions [in check]. I mean, these definitely are emotional pictures."

At one point during the interview, Kevin asks Larry how he feels about the fact that Daniel won't be around to see his baby sister grow up, and the photographer breaks down into tears.

"You know, it's hard for me to get excited about these pictures," says Larry, shaking his head. "I mean, I'm very excited to see them, but I just can't help to think about Daniel and that ... this is all senseless."

Ultimately, Larry says he wishes he could be there for the arrival of his first child. "I would hold her, kiss her and tell her, 'You know, Daddy loves you, and sorry I couldn't be there when you were born,'" he says.

exactly - it could have been re-gifted to the Gibson also.
I'd laugh my butt off if was a phony one. I would not put it pass them to give out a fake diamond Rolex Watch as a gift and say it was a real one. Gibson ought to take it to a jeweler to have it appraised. But of course if he did that then he would have to acknowledge he did receive it from Anna & Stern.

I'm trying to figure out Howard's rights. He's not married. The will appears void on it's face. He hasn't proved he's the father and it looks like she wasn't really a Permanent resident under Bahama laws.

Who is Howard?? We know what he is and he's very pricey!!

Being helped down the step. Looking like someone who just saw their loved one, dead. HK$ shown talking. Just talking. No tears. Each get into separate black SUVs...Court TV reporterette questioning when you 'become a player' in a noteworthy case you travel in a black SUV. Virgie's SUV passes Stern's...comment made (as close as they would come together). Wow.
