Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Virgie said she and Daniel's father are moving Daniel to Texas (with his father, perfectly legal) so there will be no reason to bury ANS in the Bahamas... I see a picture forming.

Hospital records should be checked in the Bahamas to see if she was a patient. Also, didn't a nanny or someone have an affidavit saying that Anna had OD'd or something a little while back?

There were photos of that will showing a fax date and a (Bahamian)certified date.
I mentioned in on a prior post - but thought the dates were 2/2/2007 and 2/7/2007. Didn't think they were correct and didn't check them.
Wonder if they are still on TMZ? I'll look.
And if there has been foul play involved with ANS's death, the choice of that hotel makes sense now.

Unfortunately, the Judge has to have the Wisdom of Solomon, the logic of Socrates AND stay within the law. I think he's doing a good job of finding the weed in the garden....Howard.

TMZ has obtained the cover sheet to a fax, sent six days before Anna Nicole Smith died, and it raises questions about Anna Nicole's intent to change her will.
Couldn't the judge order that ANS be cremated and the ashes divided? - so that this media circus surrounding custody of the body could be ended? Or is it more complicated than that?
I read on here that someone else thinks that Milstein and Judge may be leaning towards LA for burial? Really?
But what about Daniel's father's wishes to re-bury Daniel in Texas? Can anyone challenge the father's attempts to move Daniel?
Shouldn't the judge consider the fact that Daniel MAY be moved when attempting to satisfy his quest to bury ANS near her son? Will judge ask Virgie/Daniel's father to agree to move Daniel to LA with Anna?
Sadly, I think he will order Anna buried in Bahamas where there are no family and friends and where her daughter, Danielynn, will not be living. And, if they do end up moving Daniel, she will be all alone.
And I don't believe the police treated that hotel room as a crime scene, did they? Since she was pronounced away from the hotel, IIRC? Hope those cops can be trusted, and that they'll call for help if they find they're in over their heads.
And dide ANS actually buy the burial plots herself? Or did HKS do it for her, has there been any testimony on that, anyone know? How does anyone know she was actually involved in that decision?
Or is it more complicated than that?
If he acknowledges that Stern has standing in a US Court - he is opening the door to 50% of ANS' estate and rights to the baby's upbringing and inheritance.

Actually, I think I would like to be THE Judge or A Judge. I would use my MOMdar (can spot a lie, or a 'story' a mile away). Now as to the law...well, that would be for the appellate courts.
I hope the Feds are looking at HKS's income tax returns.
