Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I like Kirin Chetry - she is a class act - Fox should have kept her instead of Gretchen.

Wonder who is paying Birkhead's and Virgie's legal bills. They don't have that kind of $$$..It's got to be HUGE..Can you legally have a contingency fee arrangement in this type of case..or are the lawyters doing it for the publicity, and for any $$ that comes from selling story rights, etc, later on?

She didn't go get them from the funeral home for 5 years!
Then, evidently, it was a bit on her reality show, that HKS made her go get them and make a big to-do on the show - having a faux funeral and installing them on the mantel in her bedroom so "he could watch."
I kid you not - that this is what I have read in other posts by disparate people who must have seen the same thing.
She got fired..Her agent supposedly DEMANDED that Fox fire Gretchen Carlson and give the weekday morning slot to Chetry. Instead, Fox fired her the next day, and CNN hired her right after that.

MSNBC has reported this morning that 4 days before she died, Anna's will was faxed to HKS.
I have a good friend who is a lawyer. He would do it for nothing for me. They all do a few of these a year. It's just not that unusual.

Experts on various channels are criticizing the judge, but I wish the judge would slap Howard around and hit him with a DNA test.
