Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
What do we know about the videos that were "stolen" from the home? I was in Vegas baby and missed that story. I wonder if videos that favor HKS's case managed to not get stolen.
He said something about the person who stole them told him that they did it to protect the stuff. Yet he said he didn't know who that person was. WTH?

I saw that too. I think he maybe took a tranquilizer to testify, just so that his voice would stay calm and irritating as he$$. He is a proven liar and thief, (Texas courtroom) and bad character.
I'm thinking the clown video was in the stolen loot... though stolen is an operative word since it was turned over to the Sheriff in MB who turned it over to the Seminole investigators yesterday for their review.
At first i was suspicious when i heard that the Indian Reservation that the Hard Rock is on had jurisdiction, but that appears to not be the case now.
But i was suspicious that Daniel and Anna both died in places that were outside of US jurisdiction. But apparently that isn't the case.
But maybe HKS was hoping it was the case. Altho as a lawyer he should have known that.

You are so detail oriented - thank goodness. I had not even considered the possibility.
ANS was probably not that complicated - being surrounded by "educated" people may have impressed or intimidated her - she seems to have had a complex personality - sometimes smartass, sweet and humble- generous - vicious - depending on the person describing her.
I think her mother probably knew her best.

I hope, hope, hope that the Judge caught HKS'S slip up. Anna thought she'd die young, then after Daniel died, he never expected that she would die. That's why no advance directive. (or words to that effect)
You should watch the video, if only to hear what HKS says on that tape.
Does this judge have any clerks keeping track of the details for review?
Since he is the final arbiter - no jury- those details are sooooooo important.
I hope his devastating National TV debut doesn't detract from his reputed skill as a savvy jurist.
1) wonder how long she will stay and 2) will they let her come and go like Lindsay Lohan did from her treatment?
Ohhhhhhh someone needs to get that tape to the judge to impeach HKS testimony.
I'm pretty sure the clerk was sitting to the judge's right side.
