Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Who's the boss in that courtroom? Wow, such dirty tactics going on. He is worse than Ito. I'd rather see Judge Judy on that bench. She'd be calling HKS an idiot. LOL
Toads smarmy reason for the commitment ceremony was he got bad advice from a lawyer. 'Scuse me?? He is a lawyer! If the judge swallows that swill, he'll swallow anything.

But.... he has his own apartment in Santa Monica and she had her home in Studio City. No proof there of cohabitation... and if everyone people ever had sex with got 50% of the estate the legal system in California would be a complete disaster.

Surely the bodyguard and his wife would be aware of this VERY SECRET love they had. I don't think either has said anything about that matter and they've been with Anna for a loooong time. They worked for nothing also?? She was bankrupt!!
And apparently not very well! She had some of the worst legal advice known to man, including a will with a clause nobody had ever seen before!
I think that he is going to try to say that he was more of a "manager" than an attorney. But then how are manager's paid? As a percentage or by contract I don't know.
I know that Bonnie Stern said that she never paid him a dime. And that he worked on contingency. I want to see that contract.
I know what you mean, my grandmother, aunts, uncles, etc., all said I talked too fast when I went to Texas for Summer Vacation from California.
I'm trying to remember that this is a Nation of laws, not man.
Is the judge allowing the case - that civil order would be in less jeopardy if there were more mothers like Virgie and less fathers like HKS?
