Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I too am thinking the judge is gonna rule in Virgie's favor. My reasoning is that i believe the judge thinks that HKS had her so drugged and isolated. And that ANS may have been able to make amends with her mother had she been sober and not under HKS's influence. It's just a gut feeling I'm getting about the judge.

I heard Napolitano too. He says that judges quite frequently take over and ask questions like that when there is no jury. Since he is the trier of fact, he knows what he wants to know and asks it.

I sure hope the judge heard HKS coaxing her and nudging her. Didn't the judge say no more tapes he saw enough? I want that clown tape shown, and maybe a few snippets of her show. She's clearly under the influence of downers and alcohol in them.

I really think the fact that he is letting all the evidence in is ultimately hurting HKS's side. They produce a will in court, then they say that they "aren't sure" if there is another will, then they say that the attorney that drafted the will made a mistake! LOL

Re: the Will: Didn't the judge ask Stern if Anna was of sound mind? Didn't Howard say he was not present when the will was signed?? Wasn't there something scribbled into the will giving Howard custody of Daniel??

Carry the will one step further....Suppose Daniel was alive on his 21st birthday, what rights would Howard have then?? Any? None?? The will would become null and void??

It follows that if he died BEFORE his 21st birthday, the will would become null and void since it is Daniel "specific".
