Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I think the judge wanted his own questions answered first...before he is bombarded with different ideas which don't get to the heart of the matter....The questions about the will itself seemed "uppermost" to him. He's looking at it as "if this went to probate, what would happen".

And getting Howard there so he could be served....Well, that was just precious!!

My fear is the baby was born addicted and the so-called baby tranquilizer she supposedly took at the Hard Rock was something they were/are giving the baby for drug withdrawals.

OMG! That's a very huge possibility. Would explain why they hid the baby.

I sure hope so. Being around drugs (seeing it) for 30 years, I can say that ANS did NOT know what she was saying. You will do anything to get drugs and HKS was her enabler! I despise him for allowing her to humiliate herself to make a buck.

Judge Napolitano just talking about the judge on FOX, said he isn't doing a bad job and he wishes he would have taken on the paternity issues, said basically it is whichever court gets to it first and it would get California off the dime.

It was all over TV. I'm glad it was played....because it shows Howard's tactics. I hope it was the one with Howard by her side...the one where he leaned over TWICE to tell Anna to say she "left a message" for her mother...i.e., didn't talk to her directly.

I hope the mother has other stuff from Anna that refutes what that tape was INTENDED to convey. What did it convey?? The evilness of Howard Stern!!

I sure liked the tape of Anna with her father. Was Howard around then??
