Half the FUn (maybe more) of watching the Superbowl is seeing the commercials. Remember, the ad agencies try to put their most creative commercials on during the Superbowl. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion thread will be to analyze today's Superbowl commercials: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
There seems to be a concensus that the best Superbowl commercials were the 1984 Apple commercial introducing the Mac and the original Budweiser frogs commercial.
In the hours leading into tonight's Superbowl, feel free to post your fave (and most hated) Superbowl commercials. Once the game begins, let us have an analysis of this year's Superbowl commercials.

The best commercial by far was Terry Tate. I wish they'd bring that guy back...hilarious!

No great shakes so far in the commercials. The Cheesy Bites commercial was okay but didn't really grab me. Good timining, however. Pizza & Superbowl really goes together.

Lame segment. Sierra Mist commercial just didn't do it for me. Ironically, I had a real life experience with 7-Up that could be used for a commercial. I had about 3 dozen 2-liter bottles of 7-UP along with a bunch of other stuff that I was taking to the Roadium flea market in So. California years ago. It was a very hot morning and that combined with the vibration of the car caused a "Pop" sound followed by a feeling of liquid on the back of my neck. One of the 7-UP bottles had exploded. That was immediately followed by more exploding soda bottles which completely drenched me in that car. I bet that incident could be somehow used as a commercial.
p.s. What happened later that day was even MORE bizarre.
