Cast off? New hearing aids?

I get one of my new hearing aids tomorrow. The other one will be later because audiologist botched up the insurance form.

The cast is OFF!, but the hand smarts a tad and the wrist needs some work. It does not want to move very much. The new hearing aids are great, I CAN HEAR, without first saying, "huh?" Hopefully your insurance straightens out. It's terrible to be lopsided. Been there, done that.

The little boy is here and what we have learned from the foster care people is unbelievable, the abuses by his PARENTS---MOTHER AND FATHER...... When he came in he saw a fly swatter hanging and said, 'is that what you use to beat me with? that is what momma and daddy beat me with'......
He was beaten in the face by them with their fist, slapped around and knocked down, my heart cries for him.

I am off to bed and goodness, prayers needed for sure for this lad and for us, big time if you will.
