Phillies are going to field a good young team...I am so looking forward to some baseball. To bad you live so far away...we could catch a game...I bet watching a game with you would be a hoot.....:-)

Oh, that would be fun! It's strange that you mentioned baseball, cause that was the subject of my nephew's email, too...we're all yearning for the game...

Mrs. Rivendell will happily agree with you concerning the Phillies,(I got her a stuffed Philly Phanatic for her birthday!) and I tend to agree the Phils will be a team to be reckoned with this season.

We usually make a trip to Atlanta to watch the Phillies play the Braves when they are in town and hope to catch a few games this season.

I myself am a Cubs fan (I guess I like to root for the underdog! ) Not sure what Lou Pinella will bring to the Cubs this year, but I am looking forward to getting some baseball underway.
