I'm looking forward to that game...the one of least interest to me is Chicago/Seattle, if I had to rate them. AFC Rules!

If the Pats get by the Chargers it doesn't get any easier- a trip to Baltimore or Indy...I guess we should root for the Colts to win, given the playoff history ......

I take it you haven't seen the forecast for the Second City lately. It's going to be a snow bowl, so you won't have the over.

You will, however, have the Seahags taking the game as DuhBears go one-and-done again.

Just a couple of historical notations, from memory: The Saints are the only remaining playoff team that has never been to a Super Bowl.

San Diego and Philadelphia have been to Super Bowls, but have never won.

Bears, Ravens and Colts each have won one Super Bowl.

Patriots have three Super Bowl rings, and with a SB win, could move within one game of the 49ers, Steelers and Cowboys, each of which has five Super Bowl wins.

Ohio fans have to be in utter dismay. Two former Cleveland coaches are taking their teams against each other, and one is going to be in the AFC championship game. The Ravens WERE the Cleveland Browns, and they are trying to get their second Super Bowl win since leaving Cleveland. The Buckeyes got utterly spanked in the College title game. Rough time to be a football fan in Ohio.

How I hope it goes:

Indianapolis,New Orleans, Idontcare and Chicago.

Super Bowl: New Orleans over Indianapolis. I used to live in N.O.

How I THINK it will go:

Ravens, Saints, Patriots, Bears.

Patriots over Saints in SB.

The two best teams left in the playoffs are IMHO, San Diego and New England. The Ravens are very close. Indy and Chicago both are great in some areas, but have significant flaws. New Orleans and Philly are good teams, but below the others in talent. Seattle is not a good team. They backed into the playoffs, and the Cowboys game was the blooper bowl.

Question? If Jeff Garcia wins a Super Bowl, do the Eagles put McNabb back in as the starting QB next year? The pundits have done backflips to avoid talking about how much better the Eagles are playing with Garcia at QB.

Chicago/Seattle is interesting just to see how far Seattle will go, and whether or not Chicago will pull yet another one-and-done.

I don't think Payton could psychologically recover from another loss to the Pats in the post season.

Yeah that scumbag Art Modell fired both Schottenheimer and Belichick.
And then ran off to Baltimore.

at least Cleveland got the name back
Indianapolis Colts still sounds wrong to me
