Rush also saying that showing a wimpy administration is a good idea of what we might get if the Dems are in power. Perhaps a little strategery by the 24 team.

Yeah, I'm not buying the set up to the entire season at this moment.
Also, I have the impression that way before hour 24 they'll have made the point that Muslims are peaceful people who'd never hurt a flea, and we're the bad guys for thinking otherwise.
I might not be watching 24 for the rest of the season. I'll probably make that decision after tonight (Monday).

No, don't give up. Think about it...as Rush says, just who is committing the acts of terrorism??? Maybe showing the hand-wringing PC wimps will wake people up.

Did anyone else find it funny that his name was Achmed? Did they already use Cameljockey somewhere else?

"CAIR has been giving approval for each episode before it is approved by Fox."
Serious?

"According to COEX, the episodes are approved by CAIR before they get the green light from FOX."
Anyone have a link to prove this?

I posted this earlier in the thread.
And no, I cannot post a link. I have my sources and there are plenty of people here who can verify the accuracy of my information about "24."

I just read your earlier post. If CAIR has a hand in this show, it will completely change how I view it. Why is this classified information? That is just wrong.

I started watching my tivo at 8:40. The only commercials I watched were movie trailers or fox show promos. I love my tivo.

"Rush opening his show reading emails from angry subscribers who are sick of the PC angle as we saw on last night's opener."
Good. Someone should ask him why CAIR has consulting status for the show.

If anyone watched the 24 segment with Kiefer on Fox news after last nights episode, he stated another MAJOR character is going to be killed this season.
It won't be Jack, since he is in talks for a movie projected to be released in 2008. I hope it is not Curtis. I doubt if it would be Chloe.

Placemarker.
Just watched the first two hours. Am thinking tonight will definitely be a popcorn night! Jack is BACK! Yeah!

Kiefer once aired a disclaimer telling the stupider parts of the audience that while "24" shows Muslim terrorists, not all Muslims are terrorists.
This is not the same as giving CAIR veto power over every episode. Some FReepers need to get a grip.

Don't they have prison barbers in China? Well, if he didn't speak for 20 months, he probably couldn't tell the barber how he wanted it...
