I believe that Nifong lost the chance to salvage anything out of this a long long time ago. He's desperate, but I think he knows it's over. The end draws near.
Again, I hope you're right, but it's not out of the question that he spends the rest of his life writing books and hitting the talk circuit continuing to slander these guys.
