Go inside the counter terrorism unit as Kiefer Sutherland and the cast of "24" sit down with Larry King. Tune in Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET

I know, what comedy show was that? I hope he will announce more about that show with him and Ann when its airing nears.
I am going to wait and see them Sunday and Monday. I am so looking forward to it. We just finished Season 5 last week (for the 2nd time).
LOL! And Larry asked him tonight how he gets such good cell phone reception. Kiefer said that a few times, he walked around to appear to get better reception and they cut those scenes, saying "Your phone WORKS." LOL.
Audrey is gone?? Is she going to be killed off?
Kim Raver was working on another show called "The Nine" when "24" started filming Season 6. Her contract with ABC said she would also be allowed to film some episodes of "24" later. However, "The Nine" didn't last long so that freed her up to return to "24" as soon as the powers that be decide to bring the character back.
However, given what I already know about this season, I would say the odds are better than 50-50 that Audrey will bite it but @ this time I do not know her ultimate fate. I have not yet heard of Kim Raver filming any episodes yet.
Oh, I kind of liked her, in a way. It seemed she was kind of realizing just who this "desk job guy" she fell in love with really was in season 5, and starting to love him for/despite it. And they seemed so in love before his "cruise" that you'd think they would need her for continuity before she meets her untimely end. LOL.
So anybody else think that the cast last night (minus Chloe) was trying to make everyone believe that we care about the "evolving" of the characters and not that they are kicking terrorists butt? And what about Karen's comment about women in power and "things to come"...anyone else equate that to "Hillary"?
I watched the first 15 minutes or so and had to give it up or I was going to wind up hating the entire cast...including Kiefer.
When the terrorist finally came up with his "understanding the Palestinian plight" BS, that was it for me.
Yes, to answer your question, I think they were trying to make something that wasn't there and really have very little clue why people actually love their show.
Shut up and Act would be my comment for that bunch.
Amen and Amen...I will still watch...surely they realize that they have a huge conservative following and "why" we watch....but I do like that Sutherland keeps his views to himself.
"You want me on that wall, you need me on that wall...."
I cannot wait for the season to begin!!! I have a lot of taping to do. :)
And yet Bauer doesn't age! ANother sign of his super human abilities....:)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he Republican?
Also, he came up with the best soundbites..ie...
His answer for why they do what they do...
'Cause the good guys win....it's a Western'...
..and asked what his role is (he just started the past few weeks)...
..he said he got to fire a submachine gun, it was exciting...
...then he looked at the silent others, and said...'Hey, I like guns, sorry'...
Except for Schroeder, they were all rather PC...and a bit lame, and very tense.
I found Keifer very articulate but all seemed afraid to express themselves...or maybe it was just King's inept questioning.
Chloes' ex is back this season? Well that will be interesting. :)
That "new boyfriend" is Chloe's ex.
I'm not touching that one.
they are available online.
"I wonder if Ricky and Rob will be good guys on '24.'"
IMHO,"24" is known to cast against type.
In "24", every one is "flawed" but not everyone is "bad".
The Paradox is an essential theme in "24"
"Last year I started out by watching Season 5. Then I bought Season 1 and watched the whole thing. Throughout the year, I'd watch other seasons on A&E. Not knowing the whole background didn't interfere with my enjoyment of Season 5. It was still exciting."
I had a similar experience. I discovered 24 at a friends house, one episode from series 5. Between all the reruns on A&E, WGN and mailings from Netflix, I am proud to say I am current.
